Village residents and neighbors are invited to join Cadette Girl Scouts from Troop 3042 for a fun, free eco-adventure geared for kids ages 5 to 11 from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 4 at the North Creek Nature Center, 20300 Aspenwood Lane. 

This learning opportunity will focus on the local natural community, and how everyday actions affect the ecosystem. Cadettes will lead crafts, talks and activities as part of the process toward earning their Silver Award, the highest award for middle schoolers in Girl Scouts.

Free parking is available in the lot on Shadow Oak Drive or at the North Creek Community Center (then take a short walk to the Nature Center).
